At Buckaroo Bakery, everything we bake is made-to-order with care. Because of this, all refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The following policy outlines how we typically handle returns, cancellations, and refunds:
🧾 General Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Refunds will not be issued based on personal preferences or if a product “just wasn’t your thing.”

If your order contains a serious defect or issue, please contact us within the 48-hour window. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or store credit.
🛒 Online Orders

Online orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 24–47 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery are generally non-refundable, though we may offer store credit at our discretion.
🍽 Catering Orders

Catering orders over $150 require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Full payment must be received 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. If payment is not received, your order may be cancelled without refund of your deposit.

Catering cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Catering cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
